Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October 1967 in the home of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was the first Roberts who settled in Atlanta. Her father took keen interest from a young age in theater. When he was studying at Emory University, he performed in several productions in Atlanta. In 1953, he joined the Air Force, and was stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi acted in a production with Betty Lou Bredemus. The two married in 1955 and the couple's first child Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter along with his wife resigned from the Air Force in the year 1957 after which they began enrolment with Walter at Tulane University. In 1960, the family relocated in Decatur Georgia where Walter began working for Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1964 Walter and Betty Lou began production on the local Saturday morning children's television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they funded by themselves. In 1964 Betty Lou and Walter established the Actors and Writers Workshop. The program ran for six years. They also had Lelisa Billingsley (also also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also also known as Julie) in this time.
